Digital Products Are Non-Refundable
All purchases of digital downloads are final and cannot be refunded. Once your payment is completed, your files are delivered instantly, and you receive immediate access. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as:
- Accidental purchase or ordering by mistake
- Change of mind
- Selecting the wrong product
- Incompatibility with your device or printer
- Misunderstanding of what is included
- Not using the product or discovering it is digital
